How fast is the turnaround?
Most repairs are completed same-day or next-day. It depends on the device and the issue — we’ll give you a realistic timeline in your quote. If we need a part, we’ll let you know how long it will take before you commit.
Can I mail in my device, or do I have to drop it off?
We accept mail-in repairs. Just fill out the intake form, select “Mail-in” as your service type, and we’ll send you packing and shipping instructions. We ship it back to you once it’s repaired.
Is my data safe during a repair?
We do not access your personal files, photos, or accounts unless you ask us to as part of diagnosing a specific issue. We recommend backing up your data before any repair — but we treat your device like it’s our own.
